SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

LIOR GROUP LLC offers two separate SMS messaging programs (each a "Program"): one for transactional messages and one for marketing messages. You may choose to opt in to either or both. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase, application, or funding decision, and you may opt in to transactional messages without opting in to marketing messages.

Transactional messages. Application status, funding updates, account-related alerts, verification codes, and other non-marketing messages related to your relationship with LIOR GROUP LLC.

Marketing messages. Recurring promotional offers, funding opportunities, and other marketing messages sent by LIOR GROUP LLC using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer).

2. How to opt in

We collect separate consent for each Program:

• On our online application form at liorgroupllc.com, you must check the "Transactional SMS" box to receive transactional messages and/or the "Marketing SMS" box to receive marketing messages;
• Submitting your mobile number and checking the applicable SMS consent box on a pop-up form on our website;
• Providing your mobile number and verbally consenting to one or both message types during a customer service call.

Your consent is recorded separately for each use case. You can withdraw consent for either Program at any time without affecting the other.

3. Message content

Transactional Program messages may include: application status updates, funding confirmations, account-related alerts, verification codes, payment reminders, and other non-promotional information related to your relationship with LIOR GROUP LLC.

Marketing Program messages may include: promotional offers, funding opportunities, product updates, and other marketing content. These messages may be sent using an autodialer.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your interaction with our services.

5. Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details on your text messaging and data plan. LIOR GROUP LLC is not responsible for any charges assessed by your carrier.

6. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel either or both Programs at any time. Reply STOP to any transactional message to stop transactional messages, or reply STOP to any marketing message to stop marketing messages. If you are subscribed to both Programs and want to stop all SMS messages from us, reply STOP to a message from each Program or contact us directly. After you send "STOP", we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, sign up again as originally described and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

8. Supported carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most other US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier.

9. Privacy

Information collected as part of the SMS Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in data or consent to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors who assist us in operating the Program (for example, SMS platform providers such as Twilio or TextMagic), and only for the purpose of delivering the Program's messages.

10. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to receive SMS messages from LIOR GROUP LLC.

11. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to change or terminate the Program at any time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
